With all the social distancing going on, I am bringing my offering of Yoga & Meditation classes to everyone via the Zoom App. Hopefully it works well for you all.

You will then receive a confirmation email with the details of the session link in it.
To participate, you only need a quiet space big enough to lie down, a yoga mat, bolster or cushion and a blanket. It is best to have your dinner at least 2-3 hours before your practice if possible.
This is not an Asana class, so we will not be moving around a lot. The focus is on calming and balancing the central nervous system and supporting the immune system function.
We will be doing some breath work (Pranayama) practices, Mantra, Kriya, Visualisation, Meditation & Deep relaxation.
