Zoom in for Yoga & Meditation - Tuesday 8-9PM

Hi all,

With all the social distancing going on, I am bringing my offering of Yoga & Meditation classes to everyone via the Zoom App. Hopefully it works well for you all.

To participate, you only need a quiet space big enough to lie down, a yoga mat, bolster or cushion and a blanket. It is best to have your dinner at least 2-3 hours before your practice if possible.

This is not an Asana style class, so we will not be moving around a lot. The focus is on calming and balancing the central nervous system and supporting the immune system function.

We will be working with the subtle energy body with breath work (Pranayama) practices, Mantra, Kriya, Visualisation, Meditation & Deep relaxation.
