Sunrise Yoga - Shakti Sadhana

This yoga practice aims to encourage you to live your best life everyday !

Sunrise Yoga Sadhana will be offered 3 x times Each week, onlinE on Zoom

With regular, consistent and sustainable effort, this holistic yoga practice is bound to increase your physical energy, create clarity & calmness of mind & emotions & overall enliven your spirit which comes with a Shakti Yoga Sadhana of this kind. It is bound to increase overall vitality & wellbeing enabling you to live your best life everyday and the added benefit of practicing with a group is bound to increse your motivation !

Commencing Friday, 1 March, 2024

Every Monday, Wednesday & FridaY Morning- 6:30-7:30AM

This practice is ideal for busy people whol love yoga and are seeking a regular & consistent pratice that can be sustained in the long-term without too much effort and prefer the benefit of practicing from the comfort of their home. It is also great for those who find that self-pratice can be challenging and are needing a little encouragement and motivation that is gained when practicing with a teacher and in a group.

Whilst the sequence will not be the same every day, you will find the same elements of yoga present in your daily practice. See below the practice guide :

  1. gentle warm-up with mantra chanting (10-min)

  2. asana (20-min)

  3. pranayama & kriya (10-min)

  4. meditation (10-min)

  5. savasana (10-min)

    (times are approximate. If you are a Vedic meditator you may wish to sit in meditation for longer or have a shorter morning pratice on these days)

This practice is aimed to set you up for your day, your week and set you up living your best life. In addition, it will help you to cultivate & deepen your spiritual sadhana by encouraging you to integrate yoga into your lifestyle. Having a regular & consistent yoga practice has been proven to increase your vitality, overall wellbeing and enjoyment of life whilst reducing your risk of chronic disease and mental health conditions.
