SUNRISE YOGA
I recommend everyone practice yoga everyday or at least twice weekly as a minimum!
Online classes are designed to give you a well rounded practice which includes: movement (vinyasa and asana), breathwork (pranayama), energy work (kriya) & meditation as well as introduction to mantra - a holistic body, mind & soul practice.
Classes run twice weekly on Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 AM in 4 week blocks (8 classes) via Zoom Online from the comfort of your home.
Cost : $150 for 8 (60 minute) Classes (4-Week Block)
