‘S u n r i s e Yoga’ - Online classes are designed to give you a well balanced practice which includes movement (vinyasa and asana), breathwork (pranayama), energy work (kriya) & meditation as well as introduction to mantra (sound vibration) this is a Holistic yoga practice for body, mind & soul.
Classes run twice weekly on Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30 - 7:30 AM in 4- weekly, themed blocks of 8 classes, online via Zoom from the comfort of your own home.
You will need a blanket, cushion or bolster and a yoga mat with enough space to lie down in Savasana.
Cost $120 for 8 classes.
